Chazz Palminteri will write and co-produce the indie drama "Wall Street Mafia" for Fiore Films says National Film Society.
Based on a true story, this follows the FBI's investigation into the mob's involvement in Wall Street and the world of finance during the mid-1990s.
The narrative centers on a young executive who leaves Brooklyn for a career at a supposedly reputable Wall Street brokerage house and then finds himself caught between the mafia and the FBI, which uses aggressive tactics to get him to talk.
Palminteri may also co-star in the film, depending on his schedule. Shooting kicks off in New York City in February.
